Yeah! In desktop at least, if you click your avatar in the top right, the second option is the settings!
I accidentally set my Notification wrongly, too. When I first came on here I started to click the "ignore" buttons and such because I didn't understand it was a news feed and not a notifications area like other art sites. Took me forever to figure it out. i was always so confused why I didn't get notified of comments.
